Hire them now! Mandie and Nicole are an amazing team. Our wedding was spectacular due to their commitment and organization. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders once we handed over the coordinating to them. They handled all contact with my vendors and we constantly heard from all the vendors how amazing they were. They really cared about making our day truly special. They were always in contact with me asking questions just to make sure all the details big or small were just the way we wanted them. Our biggest thing we wanted for the wedding was for everyone to have fun and they truly made that happen. They worked out the timing with the DJ, caterer, and photographer to make sure we had the time line according to the hours we hired them. The coordination between the three big vendors just made our day magical. I truly cannot thank them enough for taking care of us. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They care. They are organized. They pay attention to detail. They communicate. Don't hesitate to book them!

Mandie and Nicole are the best! Lace & Bow Events helped my husband and I coordinate our baby shower. The team communicated frequently with us to make sure our vision for the day came through, and made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day of. Everything, from the setup, to the timing of games and gift opening, to the clean-up at the end of the event, was well executed and professional. Their efforts alleviated so much stress for this first time mama. Lace & Bow Events ensured that our first baby shower was a beautiful, peaceful, and love-filled morning. I am so glad that we had their assistance for such a special moment in our lives.

Nicole and Mandy at Lace & Bow were the perfect day of wedding planners for our wedding this May! They were super attentive, helped with every request and had fun through the whole process. They were able to effectively identify areas of our wedding planning that needed refinement, which prevented any kind of issue on the day of the wedding. We would absolutely recommend them to all our friends and family!

They were very responsive, extremely detailed, and made the process very easy. They were not only extremely professional but we found it wonderful how personable they were. They provided extra details we never would have thought of and would definitely recommend them — no matter your budget, even with our small funds, this was a necessity. We felt taken care of, they even brought us excellent support staff, and were constantly running around the day of. We thank god for this blessing! They went above and beyond.

Mandie and Nicole from Lace & Bow Events were such an integral part of our wedding from pre-planning to coordinating the day of. They made sure our vision came a reality and went even beyond what we visualized our wedding to look like or how it would run. They were so calm in our eyes and made us feel comfortable mingling with our guests knowing all wedding logistics were covered. They were also very understanding and respectful keeping our Mexican tradition activities authentic and even learning more about them to execute them flawlessly. Extremely attentive and helpful!
Mandy and Nicole helped our wedding to be perfect! They were very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. There’s a lot of details that need to be organized on the big day, and Mandy and Nicole took care of all of them so that my wife and I could focus on each other.

Mandie & Nicole were absolutely incredible. We hired them as day-of coordinators and they actually took over about a month out. They were fantastic with communication throughout the process and make sure all details of the big day were accounted for. When it came to our wedding day, we didn't have to do a thing to ensure that all aspects of our day came to life. We highly recommend them!

There are not enough good things that I can say about Mandie and Nicole. The level of thought, organization, and their prompt to replies to every email and text are unmatched. From the first conversation I had with them, I knew that Lace and Bow Events would be who would be the team that would orchestrate our wedding day. From start to finish, they guaranteed our day went off without a hitch. They took all of my ideas and what I had envisioned and made it a reality. They were the easiest to work with, even in the moments I had a bit of bridal panic. They ensured me every step of the way that it would all work out and thanks to them - it did! Plus, 2 is better than 1! We had a decently large venue with people spread out everywhere, so always being able to find one of the two of them was AMAZING. They contacted all of our vendors and made sure that they all showed up on time and got set up as planned. We cannot be more grateful that we found them and I would trust them with any event I planned in the future. Thank you, Mandie, and Nicole for giving us the day of our dreams with as little stress as possible. We are eternally grateful and hope to cross paths again one day. I will be recommending you to all of our friends getting married in the future.

Mandie and Nicole were 10/10 wedding coordinators. I immediately trusted them because they asked great questions, gave excellent advice, and were encouraging. They were both organized and went above and beyond on our wedding day to ensure we did everything we wanted. They also made sure that our day was completely stress-free for not only the two of us but our entire families. My mom was nervous about giving a speech, and with their encouragement, she was able to deliver one that made our day all the more special. I could not recommend them more! Thank you both for making our wedding the best day of our lives!
